Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
All credit card information on this system is 100% secure.
You may also send a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we send out your order.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the items ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.

Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of receipt, you may send them back which must be in a condition that they can be re-sold. We will then issue a full refund (excluding shipping), or we will exchange books if they are damaged on delivery to you.

Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (providing the goods are in stock), except weekends and bank holidays.

Postage

Inland UK 1 book £2.00; every book thereafter £1.00.
(MAXIMUM POSTAGE IS £8.00).

Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 2 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of these Terms & Conditions.
